ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN RENDERING

The assignment was to re-design the stairwells and hallways in the Kennedy Union lab at the University of Dayton. I used After Effects and Cinema4D to render our group's visual mockups.

KENNEDY UNION STAIRWELL INTERIOR DESIGN AND 3D RENDERING COLLABORATION

I designed mood boards, concept proposals, and final Cinema4D design mockups for a project that would transform the interior spaces of the University of Dayton's Kennedy Union grand stairwell.

INSPIRATION

Drawing from the University of Dayton's prevailing "Our Light" theme, my creative vision evolved into the concepts of "Your Reflections" and "UD Reflects."

These ideas, realized through mirrors and strategic lighting, foster introspection to students, linking current campus experiences with future alumni reflections upon revisiting the corridor. The design harmonizes reflective surfaces with dramatic illumination, creating an engaging and contemplative environment.

I rendered our group's final proposed designs for the stairwell, using Cinema4D and After Effects, making it easier for the stakeholders to visualize the project.
